Owned by the Griffiths Family, Carvers Hill Estate is set in the idyllic conservation area of the North Wessex Downs. Previously farmed for wildflower seed, the Estate’s topography and terroir have become a perfect haven for the 22,000 vines planted in May 2021.
To complement the stunning beauty of the vineyard, a state-of-the-art winery with a world-class visitor centre was completed in the summer of 2024. The winery sits alongside an event space, Members Club room, ‘cellar door’ and bonded storage facility.
Visitors and Club Members can enjoy vineyard tours and taste wines from the Estate or from our vineyard in Bordeaux. Alternatively, our guests may decide to linger and forget the outside world while enjoying a stay in one of the Estate’s luxury cabins. Private events, weddings and wine pairing dinners can also be booked through the on-site team.
